PICTURE RETAKE DAY

Picture retake day is on Wednesday, October 18 in the small gym. Visit the Lifetouch website to pre-order using your student ID or picture day ID: EVT3D9MSN. We will send home orders with your student after picture day. Please see our picture retake day flyer for more information. Dress your best, and be ready to smile!

Project Homecoming Closet

Formal wear for all high school students is available free of charge at Mingus Union High School in the small gym (200 building) on the following dates:

• Saturday, September 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Friday, September 15 from 2:30 to 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday, September 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Please enter the west parking lot on Camino Road. There will be dresses in a variety of sizes and colors. Menswear includes suits and jackets, slacks, vests, cummerbunds, bow ties, and neckties. There will also be jewelry, accessories, and dress shoes.

Sports Registration

Sports registration for 2023 is now available. Stop by the front office to pick up your athletic packet or visit our Athletics page. You must be cleared by the athletic department in order to participate in sports. Contact the front office for more information.

The following steps need to be submitted:

1. Family ID online registration needs to be created and/or renewed for the 2023–2024 school year.
2. Concussion course and opioid course needs to be completed through the AIA online academy.
3. All athletes need to turn in their 2022–2023 AIA sports physical evaluation form completed and signed
4. Visit the Athletics page for all your registration needs.
