Business Services

Our Business Department oversees all areas of fiscal responsibility in support of the district’s mission. This includes accounts payable, budget preparation and oversight, payroll, and procurement. We also administer the financial aspects of food services, maintenance and operations, and transportation.

NOTICE AND CALL OF SPECIAL ELECTION 

A special election has been called by, and will be held in, Mingus Union High School District No. 4 of Yavapai County, Arizona (the “District”), on November 4, 2025 (“Election Day”).  The purpose of the election is to permit the qualified electors of the District to vote on authorizing the District to adopt a General Maintenance and Operation Budget that includes an amount of up to 10% in excess of the District’s revenue control limit for the fiscal year 2026/2027 and for six subsequent years (subject to certain reductions provided by statute in years six and seven).
