Strategic Planning

After extensive research, discussion, and collaboration the Mingus Union Governing Board, in Spring 2025, partnered with Arizona School Boards

Association (ASBA) to guide MUHS through the Strategic Planning process. The goal of this process is to produce a Strategic Plan, which is a living document, that will guide the work of Mingus Union High School for the next 3-5 years.

Strategic Planning Steps

March 2025 -- Phase O Meeting, Governance Team and ASBA Representatives
- This meeting set the stage, the Board reviewed, and provided updates to the Mission, Vision, and Belief Statements
- The direction was set for the work of the Core Team
March and April 2025--Finalization of Core Team
May 2025--Phase 1 Level Set Meeting with Core Team
June 2025 Phase 2 Portrait of a Graduate-- Core Team
